Holy moly salads, probably the most tasteful way to boost up your energy level during those cold winter days! For this vitamine bomb I've used Kamut, it's a grain which is very high in its protein content. The salad itself becomes truly a highlight if you combine the cooked Kamut with some delicious veggies like fresh carrots, glazed appels, fried chanterelle mushrooms, red onions and basil. I've also used feta cheese, I'm pretty much obsessed with it and I top almost all my salads with that crumbly aged cheese. Hope you guys like my inspiration, happy cooking!
