My top three autumn spots these days in Hamburg.
Planten un Blomen- I walk around here at least twice a week. I even did some ice skating  the last time, that was fun!
Der Treppenkrämer- This super sweet & lovely cafe is located in the Treppenviertel. It's the perfect spot for great tea and doing some writing.
Dom- I love the Hamburger Winterdom...somehow I think this place romantic.

Uh baby you like it raw? You like it vegan? You like nice photography? Then go and get a copy of the current Women’s Health issue to see some foodstyling and photography I did for them.
The production is about raw, healthy and vegan christmas sweets.
And even if you’re not into vegan or raw food, those recipes are worth the try. Honestly they’re seriously good! The coconut macaroons...mmhh I'm still dreaming about them.
Loved working with Women's Health! Hope you like the pictures.

THE ART OF DESTROYING A BURGER POWERED BY CADILLAC

Photography : Fabian Hart

So last weekend I went to Berlin to explore something tasty. On the Menu…The Cadillac Experience. But what did I know about Cadillac before I had the chance to experience this one of a kind vehicle wonderland?
Well rapper The Game likes to put Lamborghini doors into his Escalade while Jay-Z knows how to parkin lot pimpin in style.

Luckily I know a little more since Cadillac created that giant amusement fair in a car park, two levels below Hotel de Rome, packed with fancy rides to explore some of the cars the right way. And by right way I also mean deliciously tasting burgers!
Cadillac not only did a car show off but also built up a huge American Diner to pit stop pleasantly fine.

The fast & glorious food that was served, was created by no one else than Richard Blais, most recognizable as winner of Top Chef All Stars. The burger I had was so good I felt like rolling down highway one, watching the sunset while making out with a bun and a patty.

I got so overwhelmed, the only option I had was to destroy the burger by using my hands and my face! All my apologies to Richard, but I’m sure you knew what you were doing when you created that 'lose control' piece of a burger.
Guys, I would have loved showing you me eating that burger in one of those sexy cars, but as we all know....don't eat and drive. Thank you Cadillac for this mouthwatering and tasteful Experience!
